H2O Open Source AutoML automates machine learning model development, from data preprocessing to hyperparameter tuning and model evaluation.
H2O Open Source AutoML is a platform designed to automate the entire machine learning workflow. It handles tasks such as algorithm selection, feature generation, hyperparameter tuning, iterative modeling, and model assessment. This automation aims to reduce the need for extensive machine learning expertise and manual coding, allowing users to focus on data and business problems. The platform supports training and evaluating machine learning models through a simple interface available in R, Python, or a web GUI. It includes features like automatic data preprocessing (imputation, one-hot encoding, standardization), training various H2O models with efficient hyper-parameter spaces, and tuning individual models using cross-validation. It also trains Stacked Ensembles to maximize performance and provides a Leaderboard to rank models by various metrics. Models can be explained using the H2O Explainability module and easily exported for production use. The system scales training datasets to clusters like Hadoop, Spark, and Kubernetes.
Integrations: Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes, H2O-3
Platforms: Web, Linux, macOS, Windows
