Apache SINGA is an open-source distributed deep learning library for training machine learning models across multiple GPUs and nodes.

Apache SINGA is an Apache Top Level Project focused on distributed training of deep learning and machine learning models. It provides a well-architected software stack and an easy-to-use Python interface to enhance usability for AI developers. SINGA supports data parallel training across multiple GPUs, either on a single node or distributed across different nodes, and optimizes communication costs for scalability. The library includes features like automatic gradient calculation, memory optimization, and support for various popular optimizers such as SGD with momentum, Adam, RMSProp, and AdaGrad. It also offers interoperability by supporting ONNX format models, allowing models to be used across different libraries and tools. SINGA can train deep learning models that can be queried as stored procedures in RDBMS.
