AgentVoice designs, builds, and runs custom AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls, automating tasks like booking appointments and updating CRMs.

AgentVoice is an AI voice agency specializing in creating and managing custom AI voice agents for businesses. These agents handle both inbound and outbound calls, performing tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating CRM records, and sending follow-up texts. They are designed for natural conversations, capable of handling interruptions and background noise, and possess tool-aware memory to recall past interactions and system actions. The agency offers services including call flow and prompt design, integration with existing business systems (CRM, calendar, phone system), and rigorous testing on real calls. AgentVoice can build agents on various voice platforms like Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Bland, and Synthflow, or deploy its proprietary engine into a client's own cloud infrastructure for full data ownership and control. Post-launch, AgentVoice provides ongoing tuning and support to optimize agent performance based on real caller interactions. Their solutions aim to automate call-based workflows, improve customer experience by eliminating hold times, and scale outbound campaigns efficiently. They also offer a platform license for clients to run the AgentVoice engine in their own cloud with source code included, and a commercial license for white-labeling AI voice agents to their own clients.
